Flat Back with Demi-Plie and slide Stretch, Release Swing into Horizontal Attitude, Prelude Studies, 5/4 Swing, Variation C, Variation C with Turn, Fortification Studies, Hinge Studies, Balance Studies, Figure 4 Study, Table Balance with Revele’, Falls, Turns, and percussive stroke study.
Classes are only $10 for the month of December, let's dance!
