Elpis Dance Festival is hosted by Identity Performing Arts since 2022, this is an outdoor dance concert celebrating Chicago's diverse dance communities for a day of inspiring dance expression, on stage and free to the public featuring Mainstream, Cultural and Faith-based ompanies and independent artists. This program is family friendly for all audience.
