Event Description
A four-part instruction series that supports self-healing processes for experiences of trauma in the black community, this class will travel through African-American dance history, metaphorical rhythm work, movement therapy, resistance activities, and community building exercises.
There are four sessions in this Main Course. Participants are registering for all four sessions:

November 16 / 11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m.
This class is designed around experiences in the African American community, but is open to all, and is by donation.
