Visceral Dance Chicago returns to the Athenaeum with 2 World Premieres.
“Madre” (2021) by L.A. based choreographer Mike Tyus and ”From Then On” from returning Spanish choreographer Monica Cervantes with live accompaniment by Emily Barrett. The evening will also include 3 works by Founder/Artistic Director, Nick Pupillo – “Avow”, a Chicago Premiere showcasing the entire company, the emotionally captivating duet “Ash in the Rainbow” and returning audience favorite “Synapse” with original composition by Darryl Hoffman.
