Beginning Modern Dance Class
Tuesdays 6:00pm to 7:00pm
Starting May 5 thru June 2 (5 weeks)
(If it goes well, we'll continue thru July!)
This dance class is perfect for adults or teens who've never take a Modern Dance class before, or for those who like slower class.
The class begins with a simple warm-up, which progresses to floor work, where we focus on strengthening and stretching our abdominal and back muscles.  Then, we stand and do simple leg and feet exercises (plies and tendus).  And we end with simple jumps.  
The pace is slow, and the movements are simple and easy to follow.
