Hot Crowd Summer Intensive 2025

Dancers are invited to dive into the quirky and athletic world of Hot Crowd through this three day intensive that will focus on modern technique, partnerwork, choreography, improvisation, versatility, and Hot Crowd repertoire.

Participants will participate in two sessions of repertoire from season 7 & 8. Rep session 1 will focus on a group ensemble work while session 2 allows dancers breakout into smaller groups and work independently with Hot Crowd Company artists exploring the diverse rep of our duets, trios, quartets. We will end with a studio showcase for friends and family as well as a talkback session discussing any questions or comments about the works or dance in the world today.

We look forward to dancers joining us July 17th-19th at Definition Dance Academy (2525 N Elston Ave Chicago, IL 60647) from 11:00 am - 4:00 pm Thursday-Saturday.
