Int/Adv Jazz with Jarrett Rashad!

This 1.5 hour experience maintains the structure of a classical Jazz technique class paired with Contemporary, Theatrical, Urban and African influences.

Class consists of core strengthening exercises, stretches, progressions and choreography. Class is catered to Int/Adv levels, but Jarrett can also provide attainable variations for all levels.
