Master Classes with Alvin Ailey Company Members

Calling all high school and adult dancers!

The Auditorium Theatre would like to extend a special invitation to participate in the Ailey Chicago Master Class Series, presented by the Department of Creative Engagement.

This year, we will be offering three master classes for both high school and adult dancers—all led by an Ailey company member. Space is limited, so register today!

Master Class Series
High School - Jazz Technique
March 1 | 8:30am | Intermediate | FREE
This master class is open to 25 high school dancers with intermediate to advanced dance experience. Led by an Ailey company member, this special event will focus on elements of Jazz Technique.

This master class is open to 25 high school dancers with advanced dance experience. Led by an Ailey company member, this special event will focus on on elements of the Horton Technique.

Adult - Horton Technique
March 8 | 10:30am | Intermediate | $20
This master class is open to 25 Chicago area dancers age 18 and over with intermediate to advanced dance experience. Led by an Ailey company member, this special event will focus on elements of the Horton Technique.
