This Masterclass with Mythili Prakash will lead trained Bharatanatyam dancers through a technique class with live music, followed by a lecture- demonstration style approach to Mythili’s choreographic explorations, namely her relationship to conventional structures and narratives and how they shape her work. Participants will learn small excerpts of choreography from Mythili’s repertoire.
