Event Description
Great class for beginners or those returning to dance at a later age. Class consists of a set warm-up and technique which is thorough and gentle, easy for a beginner to follow, yet challenging enough for experienced students. Then, a choreographed combination is taught, which is usually worked on for 3-4 weeks. Class ends with a stretch. An extensive variety of different kinds of interesting music is used. It's a fun way to exercise mind AND body!
