Join the Chicago dance community as Mordine & Company Dance Theater archives are received into the Newberry Library collection. Honoring Shirley Mordine's prolific contribution to the artistic culture of Chicago and founding of the Dance Center of Columbia College. The Mordine Legacy Project and The Newberry will ensure Shirley and the Company's decades of creative contribution and collaboration including choregraphy, music and production design and dancer alumnus performances are available for future students, dancers, and dance historians.
