Movement Revolution Dance Crew Hip Hop Rep Show

Movement Revolution Dance Crew presents our annual rep show fundraiser performance! Come see new work created by current members of MRDC, as well as pieces from across our 15-year history. Our work showcases all five elements of the Hip Hop culture and explores street dance, club dance, and social dance styles such as breaking, popping, locking, waacking, litefeet, and more. You'll see us flip, freestyle, and even show out in custom-made cosplay for our fandom-themed rep! This performance is fun, family-friendly, and includes crowd participation and community engagement. Funding from this rep show allows us to continue to pay our artists for rehearsals and performances, hold accessible community classes, battles, and jams, and offer free educational programs throughout Chicago.
