Wilson (2012 Joyce Award winner and celebrated choreographer) together with his Fist & Heel Performance Group, blends contemporary dance with African traditions creating brilliant new performances from the rich spiritual traditions of the African Diaspora. Emerging choreographer and founder of locally-based Red Clay Dance, Vershawn Sanders Ward, joins this dialog along with guest moderator and scholar Dr. C.
