The 2019 Chicago Ballet Conservatory production of The Nutcracker, presented by Elgin Symphony Orchestra. Local dancers and actors share the stage with seasoned professionals to create an inclusive production full of elaborate and enchanting surprises. Directed by Linda Cunningham, this will truly be the must-see performance of the holiday season!

Due to sold out performances, this years event returns to the beautiful Hemmens Cultural Center in Elgin with an added third show. Promising to be one of the most captivating and creative suburban reprisals, the performance will feature international professionals including Elina Miettinen (ABT), Sean Stewart (ABT), Raoni Xavier (Bolshoi Brazil), Roger Hendricks Simon (star of stage and screen) and additional global cast surprises. 

Performances include live pre-show entertainment by The Chancel Choir of Chicago. This year will also include the option of a very special Sugar Plum Tea party on Saturday, December 7, giving participants the chance to meet cast members, take pictures with characters and dine on sumptuous treats.
