A Screendance Event
Exploring the creative possibilities of dance film, A Screendance Event showcases a range of filmic and choreographic styles with film works by Monica Thomas and Jason Chiu, Jason Elewski, and Lizzie Leopold and Brian Mazzaferri. Composers for the films Will Huff and Guru Bhai (Doug Kaplan and Maxwell Allison) will perform live music, and refreshments will be provided. A Screendance Event is an evening to see and explore the interaction of dance, music, and film in this hybrid genre.
