The Seldoms 2019 Summer Intensive

Bring your curiosity, rigorous focus, and good energy to our annual Summer Intensive! Led by Artistic Director Carrie Hanson, Assistant Director Christina Gonzalez-Gillett, and ensemble members, the week includes sessions in modern/contemporary technique, extended phrasework, repertory, composition, body conditioning PLUS a new component this year—learn/make/explore a new short work created by ensemble member & choreographer Philip Elson.

Daily Schedule:
9:30am-10:30am Somatic/Body-conditioning Sessions
10:30am-12:30pm Mod/Cont Technique
12:30pm-1pm Lunch Break
1pm-3pm Creation/Performance Workshop with Philip Elson

Drop-ins for individual classes are welcome, pending space availability.
Note: To participate in the afternoon sessions to build a new short work with Philip, you must be present all 5 days.
