Hubbard Street will present “(stay)Inside/Out,” an evening of original choreography by the Hubbard Street Dancers themselves. “Inside/Out” is an annual event for Hubbard Street, billed as a choreographic workshop that offers an opportunity for the main company dancers to experiment with all aspects of a production, from programming and wardrobe design to marketing and coaching — and now an even deeper dive into the technical aspect of creating a virtual performance — all while creating movement to nurture choreographic interest and boost inspiration. This year, the dancers will continue the spirit of this special project while adapting to their individual environments during the stay-at-home order to create Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s first-ever virtual “Inside/Out.” This performance will mark the official conclusion of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago’s 42nd season. Recorded performances will be presented amidst live introductions and conversations with Hubbard Street artists.
This event will be presented on Zoom. To obtain a link to this event, visit HubbardStreetDance.com
