Tend Kohler :: Rest Score

Khecari will host a somatic movement-based REST SCORE from 1-4pm Saturday, January 11th, 18th, & 25th as part of their installation and performance residency in the Social Studio at The John Michael Kohler Arts Center. This three hour score repeats cyclically every thirty minutes with a new leader from the performance cast of Khecari's Tend. Every cycle will begin with a supine rest where participants can enter into the sequence of somatic prompts intended to regulate the nervous systems of individuals and the group as a whole. Participants can sign up for as many 30 minute sections as they have the time or interest to attend. All are bodies welcome to participate in this score, no previous training is required.
