Bessie award-winning choreographer Faye Driscoll needs your help!
Her latest work Thank You For Coming: Play will be at the Museum of Contemporary Art Chicago November 9-12, 2017.
You can be part of the show!
Play requires a small ensemble of local participants who will be
integrated into one section of the show. All participants are required
to attend rehearsals with Faye Driscoll’s company, and must be available
for the dress rehearsal and all performances. A detailed schedule plan
is included below.
This is a great opportunity for someone interested in Faye’s work. No
specific performance background is required, but because ensemble
members perform a voice-based role, it is essential that participants
are comfortable vocalizing and being onstage.
To be considered please send an email to mcastage@mcachicago.org with the subject “Faye Driscoll Ensemble.”
In 1 or 2 paragraphs, explain your interest in participating and briefly share any experience
or background you have in dance, performance, theater, or music. Please
include your contact information (address and phone number). Optional:
send a performance resume and/or 1-2 internet links related to your
work.
This is an unpaid volunteer position. Participants will receive the following benefits:
2 tickets to Thank You For Coming: Play
2 tickets for any other MCA Stage performance January-May 2018
