Elpis Dance Fest is an outdoor dance concert dedicated to "hopeful expectation", bringing Chicago's diverse dance communities together for one day of inspiring dance expression, on stage and free to the public. Cultural, faith-based and mainstream dancers as well as companies are all welcome to be part of this festival of hope, offered through these dancers’ artistic gifts, and so desperately needed for all.
In one dance festival, you can enjoy ballet, jazz, modern, hip hop, Chinese dance, Belizean dance, and African dance.
