In a happily long run, Aerial Dance Chicago explores "Gravity" in an assortment of works June 15-July 14 at the Ruth Page Center. Mayfair Academy celebrates its 55th anniversary with some 600 students performing June 16 at the Harris.

Ensemble Espanol presents its annual American Spanish Dance & Music Festival June 21-23 at the North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie. The Chicago Tap Theatre presents its 11th tap opera, this one called "Mama's Boy," and with a new twist: Mark Yonally will again choreograph, but veteran mainstay Harrison McEldowney is joining the production as its director. It runs June 21-30 at Stage 773.
