This posting is for an independent contractor position, with the possibility of converting to an employee after eight months. The AAD will aid the Artistic Director in overseeing a company of pre-professional high school aged dancers. These dancers are trained in some, or all, of the following styles: ballet, modern, jazz, tap, hip-hop. The AAD collaborates with the director in all things related to creating and presenting evening length dance performances.
Time Commitment:
Approximately, 8 hours per week, 4-6 of the hours being spent in rehearsal and the rest administrative duties, and meetings. August 2024-March 2025.
Stipend: $8,000
