"Bindis and Bruises" brings awareness to issues of dating, domestic and dating violence. Dr. Sita, a survivor of domestic violence, becomes a psychologist to help the women in her Indian-American community to find hope and strength for an empowered future. Through theatre and dance, we hear the individual stories of survivors and uncover an unified voice. Her story is my story. You are not alone. We are not alone.
