Event Description
A blending of technical elements from Jose Limon's modern dance methodologies. Limon Technique is based on principles of weight, fall and recovery. It focuses on the movement of breath through the body, the dynamic use of weight in each body part, and the fluid succession of one movement into the next.
Core focuses of the class include:
-connection to the floor and increased stability
-how to move thru/manipulate space and time
-learn to use emotion to evoke a physical response
This class is All levels, drop ins welcome, ask us about our class card discounts! Class meets every Monday from 3-4:30pm.
