Experience what happens when dance and theater improvisation come together!
Join Carisa Barreca of The Second City and Meredith Dincolo of Hubbard Street Dance Chicago for this 3-hour workshop based on the show created for
the Fall Season at the Harris Theater, The Art of Falling.
Learn improvisational techniques and challenge yourself in our studios
as you are led through exercises and situations used to create this new and amazing
collaborative work from these two legendary Chicago companies. Drawing on improvisation through both dance
and acting, students will work individually, in small groups, and as a whole to
develop original material inspired by the performance.
Wear comfortable, loose clothing---you will be moving!
