College/Pro Intensive
Thodos Dance Chicago’s summer intensives offer a unique training experience designed to help dancers reach their highest potential through individualized instruction from the artistic leaders and current company members of Thodos Dance Chicago.
Participants will take daily classes in Ballet Technique, Modern/Contemporary Technique, TDC Repertoire, Composition & Improvisation, and Body Health & Wellness. The week will culminate in a student showcase performance on Saturday, August 6, 2016 at 3:30 pm.
The TDC College/Pro Intensive is designed for advanced, semi-professional, and professional dancers ages 18-25.
Audition is required for acceptance into the intensive. Dancers may attend the Scholarship Audition on May 1, 2016 to audition in person, or dancers may audition via video. Video auditions and resumes must be emailed to info@thodosdancechicago.org as an attachment or hyperlink. Audition video should contain 2-3 minutes of self-created choreography performed solo.
