Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre (CRDT) offers competitive pay, and is seeking dancers for our 20th anniversary season in 2019, featuring creations by Shannon Alvis, Monique Haley, and includes the final development of the full American Catracho suite by Wilfredo Rivera, in collaboration with Christian Denice, and Noelle Kayser. The season consists of 16 performances across Chicago and culminates in 6 performances over two weekends at two landmark Chicago venues.
General Audition: Thursday, January 24th, 10am - 2pm
Callbacks: Friday, January 25th, 10am – 2pm
Audition Fee: $15. Pay by cash / check / Venmo day of audition.
Audition consists a warm up class, and repertory workshop both days.
Skills/experience: Previous professional experience preferred, exceptional contemporary dance training, strong partnering skills, improvisation, and desire to excel in a collaborative environment.
Commitment:
Tue, Thu & Fri from 9:30am - 2:30pm,
March 12th – November 4th, 2019.
