Alluvion Dance Chicago presents its first annual choreography showcase, "emergence" at Hamlin Park Fieldhouse on August 13th and 14th at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15 for adults and $12 for students/children under 12. This is a fundraiser for Alluvion Dance Chicago's first independent show making its debut in April.
Thursday nights show features the work of Thodos Dance Chicago's own Brennen Renteria, Ashley Payne, jorsTAP and Tapman Productions, LLC's own Kelsey Schlabaugh, Kayla Castellon, Cerqua Rivera Dance Theatre's own Rachel Pike, Thodos Dance Chicago's own Tenley Dorrill, Sarah Lemley/Dane Einersen and Alluvion Dance Chicago featuring Alyssa Calvano.
Friday nights show features the work of ADC's own Porscha Spells,Inaside Chicago Dance's own Joe Musiel, ADC's own Nicole Flores, Mary Pat Letourneau, Nicki Porter, Mordine & Company Dance Theater's own Zach Bird, J. Lindsay Brown & Friends, and Alluvion Dance Chicago featuring Dwight Alaba, Nicole Flores, Julia Kummerow, and Porscha Spells.
