Site-Specific Dance Performance at The Boathouse

Save Friday August 27 at 6:00 pm for a site-specific dance improv performance by Perceptual Motion, Inc. dance company.  It will start at the Boathouse by the river in River Park and travel along the outdoor path.  Dancers will look at, listen to, feel, and think about the boathouse and path, highlighting and finding unique attributes of the site in a combination of choreographed and spontaneously created movement, bringing the space vibrantly alive. Viewers will experience the boathouse and pathway from a new perspective, seeing the site in a fresh, multifaceted way, and perhaps discover treasures never-before noticed.
