To our Red Clay Dance Company Community,
The health and safety of our audiences, staff, artists, students and parents is our highest priority. In accordance with the City of Chicago’s mandate prohibiting gatherings of 1000 or more people due to the increasing threat of COVID-19 (caused by the coronavirus), the Harold Washington Cultural Center has postponed all scheduled events thru May 15th. As a result, unfortunately, our Spring Engagement, Visions & Voices, as well as our Paint the Town Red Fundraiser has been POSTPONED.
Rest assured we remain committed to sharing these fantastic works with our Chicago audiences and as soon as a re-scheduled date has been confirmed we will notify our community!
We appreciate your patience as we navigate the next steps, as we are expecting a high volume of inquiries. We hope that you will stand with us and elect to exchange tickets for the re-scheduled dates or consider converting your ticket into a donation. This will help Red Clay Dance Company weather the economic impact of these cancellations. We will contact all tickebtuyers via email in the next few days detailing ticketing options.
Although a difficult time for all, we are thankful to be a part of the Chicago arts community with all of you – our friends, colleagues, and patrons. We look forward to welcoming you back to our classes and productions very soon!
If you are interested in supporting us through this financially challenging time due to performance cancellations and program/school closings, please consider making a donation by texting rcdance to 44321 or visiting https://redclaydance.com/donate/
