Mayumana’s latest show - CURRENTS - was inspired by the historical “battle of currents” between Thomas Edison and Nikola Tesla in their quest for finding energy sources for the world. Audience members will be taken on a spectacular journey representing the essence of light and electricity in rhythmic soundscapes and stunning visual effects mapped on the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem.
The Chicago Human Rhythm Project (CHRP) presents percussive dance/arts in performance, education and community development programs that feature artistic excellence and cultural pluralism.
