Four Dance Companies. Two Theater Companies. One Amazing Performance! March 22 marks the 120th birthday of international dance icon and Ruth Page Center founder, Ruth Page (1899-1991). In honor of her birthday, "Center Stage at Ruth Page" will feature performances by the artists who call the Ruth Page Center for the Arts home. Doors open at 6:30PM and the evening begins with birthday cupcakes and a toast to Ruth Page, followed at 7:30PM with a performance by the six Artists In-Residence and a Q&A with the artistic directors of each company. Featuring CDI/Concert Dance Inc, DanceWorks Chicago, Hedwig Dances, Porchlight Music Theatre, Ruth Page Civic Ballet, and ShawChicago Theater Company.
