Audience Architects is excited to once again partner with Dance/USA and MetLife to offer the Chicago dance community the New Stages for Dance Initiative Round II. This grant is a continuation of the program that occurred in Chicago, Philadelphia and San Francisco in 2011-2012.
$37,500 will be re-granted to Chicago dance companies and artists to provide affordable access to quality venues. As the program is designed to help companies/artists reach new audiences, the grantees' new ventures will be supported by in-kind marketing services from the venue and Audience Architects. The maximum award amount is $8,000. All funded performances must fall between June 1, 2013 and November 1, 2014.
